Test at an early stage – optimize in a targeted manner

Development time is valuable. That's why we support you in the early stages of product development with practice-oriented environmental simulation tests. The aim is to provide a reliable evaluation of the design's suitability for the stresses it will be subjected to. This allows weak points to be identified at an early stage and makes development processes more efficient.

Vibration loads

Vibration in three axes in combination with a climate chamber

Vibration in three spatial axes enables realistic mechanical loading of the test specimen. It is used for:

  • Lifetime tests and evaluating long-term reliability
  • Resonance searches to identify critical natural frequencies

Climatic and, above all, thermal influences can also be taken into account. This creates a holistic test environment that reliably replicates real operating conditions and enables well-founded statements to be made about product robustness.

Climate Testing

Climate tests are used to simulate changing temperature and humidity conditions that products may experience during transport, storage, or use.

Typical tests include:

  • Cyclic humid heat (e.g., to evaluate corrosion behavior or material changes)
  • Cyclic temperature and humidity changes,  (e.g., to detect condensation or embrittlement)

These tests are carried out in climate chambers in accordance with standards and, depending on the intended test objective, can also be combined with mechanical stresses such as vibration or shock.

Schwingungsgerechte Aufbauten für realistische Prüfbedingungen

Temperaturprüfungen

Kälte, trockene Wärme oder schnelle Temperaturwechsel stellen – je nach Einsatzbereich oder Lagerbedingungen – eine erhebliche Belastung für Produkte dar.

Mit spezieller Prüftechnik lassen sich solche extremen Temperaturbedingungen normgerecht simulieren
